Release Date: November 27, 1967

There is a corresponding movie to this album. I hope to report on clues within the movie soon.

LP BOOKLET CLUES
This booklet came with the original album, and is not included in subsequent reprints nor is it in the CD.
Throughout the booklet Paul is shown without shoes. Generally, people are buried without shoes.
- Page 1: Paul’s magicians hat is pulled down over his face. Hiding his face because it is not really him.
- Page 3: Paul sits under crossed flags. Crossed flags are placed over the casket in British Military funerals.
Page 3: A sign sits on the desk in front of Paul that reads “I WAS YOU.” (pictured right)- Page 3: In this photo Paul has the scar on his lip.
- Page 4: Paul’s hat is crushed, indicating that he suffered head injuries in the car crash.
Page 9: A cartoon of Paul shows a crack in Paul’s head. Again a reference to the head injuries. (pictured right)
- Page 13: Ringo’s drum reads “LOVE THE 3 BEATLES.” (pictured right)
- Page 23: Paul is the only Beatle wearing a Black carnation.

BACK COVER CLUES
If you turn the album sideways the people in white spell out “RIP.”
LYRIC CLUES
‘I AM THE WALRUS’
“Bury me, bury me, bury my body” “Oh untimely death”
… This can be heard if you listen closely to the person speaking in the background at the end of the song.
“goo goo goo joob”
… These are said to be the last words of Humpty Dumpty’s before he fell and cracked his head.
‘STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER’
“I buried Paul”
… John Lennon says when the song fades back in. The Beatles Anthology #2 states that John Lennon really said “Cranberry Sauce.” But if you listen to this version you can clearly hear that this phrase has been manipulated to sound like “I buried Paul.”
‘ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE’
“Yes he’s dead… we love you yeah, yeah, yeah.”
… If you listen closely to the end of the track, you can hear John Lennon sing the two lines mentioned above.

I thought John was the Walrus, not Paul…

Doesn’t “I Am The Walrus” Edgar Allen Poe and his story of the Tell Tale Heart? That story was about an unbearable secret. Coincidence? =D
January 18th, 2009 at 12:09 am
oops…I meant doesn’t it reference Poe and the story.

Just because its said in the glass onion that Paul is the Walrus, doesnt really mean that John isnt the Walrus,I mean he sang and wrote the song, and im sure he wasnt writing it about Paul. (and he actually sais “coo coo ca choo” not “goo goo goo joob”)
January 24th, 2009 at 4:27 pm
PLEASE!!!
Say what you will, but the line from I Am the Walrus is in fact “goo goo goo joob.”
The coo coo ca choo line is from Simon and Garfunkel’s Mrs Robinson…
PLEASE!!!

Well… this is a pretty good site, but you missed some things about the “I AM THE WALRUS” lyrics and video.
* Paul, the hippo, is wearing an OPEN vest unlike the other members of the band. This open vest exposes a black, body bag-like material.
* You can see Paul’s head and a car crash in the fire in the top left corner near the end of the song, along with a yellow lorry driving towards Abbey Road at the very end.
* Played backwards, the infamous chanting of “Everybody’s got one, got one, got one,” says “Ha ha ha, Paul is dead”
* In the music video, Paul is the only one wearing black, while the others wear white. Paul is seen spazzing out in between the other 3 Beatles, who are dancing, and is it just me or does it look like he spits out his teeth when he jumps up the third time?
* And lastly, just listen to the LOVE version. A random person who sounds similar to the one speaking in Revolution 9 counts to 3 in the beginning. He’s counting 3 measures though, not the key signature, and it sounds as if somebody is saying “And now there’s only 3″ in the confusing jumble of music at the end.
Now, many people don’t know this, but some parts of England, it is thought that a walrus was the corpse or ghost of a recently dead person. Perhaps when John said “the walrus was Paul” he was saying Paul was a corpse/ghost.
Thanks for listening.

Paul doesn’t say coo coo ca choo, I have the album with the lyrics in them, the words are Goo Goo Ga’Joob spelled just like that!
February 20th, 2009 at 7:06 am
John doesnt say “I BURIED PAUL” He says “CRANBERRY SAUCE”! I read it on another site.
March 5th, 2009 at 6:48 pm
it’s not love the 3 beatles, that was their signature. i’ve got a calendar with a very clear 4 inch version of the signature. it says LOVE ~ (with the ~ being a simple swirl) The Beatles.
Hate to knock you down, but sorry dude. still love the rest of the site
March 8th, 2009 at 9:13 pm
I can see where you got the coo coo cah choo idea, If you saw the movie across the universe, Bono (who sings I am the Walrus) sings coo coo cah choo instead of goo goo goo joob
March 12th, 2009 at 8:07 pm
To me, the “3″ doesn’t even look like a 3.
It looks like a 2. =/
But what Hadas said is actually true.
It’s just a prettyful swirlie. ~

On MMT there is a concrete barrier which is used to crash test cars and a line of police holdingbak a crowd? and some magicians who look like surgeons. Ithink…
March 29th, 2009 at 8:05 pm
i’m sorry but you are all really really stupid
PAUL IS NOT DEAD
March 31st, 2009 at 11:08 am
Ok i can’t understand why sgt.pepper is on this web site if he believes that Paul is alive, why?
April 5th, 2009 at 7:40 am
sorry i ment to say, Isn’t alive.

The black & white photo taken with a fisheye lens (in the booklet)is the only image not taken from the film. If turned sideways, a stylized skull appears (the beret being one of the eye sockets.
This is also the only photo of the Bonzo Dog Band on a Beatles LP (which has nothing to do with Paul being dead, but is a jolly good bit of trivia).
April 12th, 2009 at 7:59 am
Check out the booklet photo of the luncheon shot with the fisheye lens. Have a friend take 10 steps away and turn the picture 90 degrees and then turn around and reveal the picture to you. It freaked the shit out of me.
April 12th, 2009 at 8:16 am
Also look at the photo where they’re playing outdoors. Paul is in his socks. If you look at the shoes, they’re covered with blood.

The Glass Onion reference must be some kind of inside joke. In the movie, John boards the bus and announces “I am the walrus”. But then again, intended rumor or not, the Beatles were more jokesters than philosophers. When people were looking for inner meanings in their lyrics, they were getting inside jokes. For example, Penny Lane sounds like a description of a quaint small English town, but someone told me that it’s full of risque references that nobody would get unless they’re from Liverpool. All I need is to have someone from Liverpool confirm or deny that statement.
April 13th, 2009 at 3:07 pm
So, just because certain “proofs” were allegedly sang or in album art, Paul is dead? This is just like the Da Vinci business…the Last Supper painting…because he painted a woman next to Jesus, surely that’s how it happend…and surely she was his wife…**rolling eyes**… just because someone says so or captures it that way in art doesn’t make it so.
LoL, you know people still aren’t all together convinced Andy Kaufman (Taxi) is dead. Some believe it was his biggest joke ever. And let’s not forget about Elvis…I’ve read “proofs”that he’s alive too… apparently someone saw him sitting in the doorway at his own funeral…hm.
Who knows.
April 17th, 2009 at 3:47 pm
You dumbass
In All you need is Love, John sings;
“She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah” as a reference to she loves you, not “Yes he’s dead, yeah yeah yeah”
April 21st, 2009 at 5:50 pm
You listen really closely John says cranberry sauce.
The end of I am the Walrus was oompah oompah stick it up your jumper and Everybody’s Got one plus the bbc radio play of hamlet was playing at the end of the song. The monologue at the end of the play is during the funeral scene which is what Bury Me, Bury my Body oh Untimely death.
Paul is alive. End of.

I Don’t Believe This Rumor But It’s Fun To Look At This Stuff.
June 28th, 2009 at 2:22 pm
I found that on the cover, behind the beatles image, you can see a sort of explosion in yellow and blue showing the car exploding in the car crash!!!
